Test Analysis & Consultation*
Once you have ordered your package you will receive a patient history form from us to provide us with medical history and medications/supplements you may be taking. Each of the tests are complex in their own right and need to be analysed individually by a professional practitioner, in conjunction with the other test results and with your medical history.

As these tests are of a medical nature and issued to you by the laboratory, there are no refunds available.
In the event that a test kit is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a new one to be sent to you.
From the time the laboratory receives your sample it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for us to receive the results depending on the test and the lab processing time
We will notify you as soon as the results have arrived and arrange your 1:1 telehealth appointment.
As these are private laboratory tests you will be provided with test kits directly from the lab. The HTMA, Endomap and Microbiomix tests can be done in the comfort of your own home with easy to follow instructions provided. Return postage to the lab is included in your test fee.
The Nutri-STAT profile is a blood test and you will be required to take the test kit to your nearest pathology laboratory to have the test carried out. The test price includes return postage to the lab and the additional fees to cover the test collection by the pathology clinic.
HTMA - the Hair Tissue Mineral Test kit is a printable envelope and pathology form that you need to print out, collect the sample and then package as per the instructions to return to the lab.
Endomap: The Endomap test kit includes specified vials, instructions and return postage instructions to send your sample to the lab.
